Tai Poutini Polytechnic
Tai Poutini Polytechnic’s role is to provide skills for employment and social development. The key is to ensure that their courses and programmes provide real linkages to employment or future training at higher levels - and more importantly, meet your needs
Tai Poutini Polytechnic’s courses are designed in conjunction with the relevant industry so students learn hands-on, relevant skills to help them directly into their chosen career. Class sizes are generally smaller, meaning more personal attention, peer mentoring and greater learning support.
Campuses where you want to find them
Tai Poutini Polytechnic (TPP) is based in Greymouth on the West Coast but operates campuses from Auckland to Wanaka offering specialist courses that draw students from all over the world.
The polytechnic has more than 9,000 students enrolled at its main campus in Greymouth along with specialist campuses in Auckland, Christchurch, Reefton, Wanaka, Hokitika and Westport. As well as the specialist programmes TPP offers, a number of their mainstream courses enable students to ‘staircase’ or move into higher degree study at linked institutions around the country.
MAINZ - sounds like you?
